The Elise bedroom collection from Trend Interiors is fresh, clean and contemporary, adding a touch of luxury to your bedroom, without the designer price tag.
The warm and elegant Champagne Avola is one of seven woodgrain finishes that provides a modern twist on a traditional wood finish for the bedroom. Three other shades of Avola are available, White, Grey Brown and Truffle Brown alongside a Bardolino Truffle Oak, Lancaster Oak and Tobacco Walnut. In addition, four matt colours can be used to complement, as seen in this image with the bedside drawer in Matt Pumice.

A new product developed in the UK that looks set to take global smart communications to a new level is to be unveiled at the Aidex exhibition & conference in Brussels next month.
A deceptively simple concept, the SATcase™ instantly transforms your mobile phone into a satellite phone, enabling you to stay in contact wherever you are in the world, irrespective of mobile signal.
Designed initially for search & rescue, the SATcase™ provides the perfect solution for those working in remote locations or dangerous situations. Where mobile networks are not accessible, or have been disabled, the SATcase™ ensures your smart phone continues to work, keeping you in vital communication with your team, organisation or loved ones.
Unsurprisingly, the SATcase™ has already excited interest from governments around the world as well as leading health and safety organisations, off-shore, rescue and emergency services bosses and others.
According to Jim Thomson, Founder & CEO of SATcase™, the product also incorporates additional features to facilitate tracking in a rescue situation, including strobe lights and an infrared beam; By pressing an emergency button on the SATcase™, a signal is sent out to highlight that the user is under duress, triggering rescue response. In due course, the SATcase™ will be able to be accessed and activated remotely.
“Current satellite phones are large and ‘brick’ like, reminiscent of early mobile phones in the ‘80s. Frankly they don’t have much more functionality than that either,” he says. “By combining ordinary smart phones with satellite technology and adding search and rescue features, we have created an incredibly easy to use piece of equipment that is compact, rugged and fully functional - and most importantly, will most certainly save lives.
“The invention of the SATcase™ is miles ahead of existing technology. There is nothing else like this currently on the market. The point of SATcase™ is to keep people safe and in contact, whether lone workers, rescuers or adventurers. As the world becomes increasingly dangerous, particularly in areas of war and disaster, this is a timely and critical product launch. SATcase™ is literally for anyone, anytime, anywhere.”
SATcase™ integrates easily with your business and can be purchased on contract or by yearly subscription. It activates immediately and can be charged wirelessly. It works by simply inserting your mobile phone into the SATcase™.
SATcase™ will be exhibiting on stand (D67) at Aidex, where the new technology will be available for visitors to investigate and interact.

Throughout October the country will be doing its bit for breast cancer awareness with a show of colour. Now Suit the City is getting behind the cause by contributing a percentage of all its made-to-measure garment sales which incorporate pink detailing.
For any item ordered in October and November 2014 which has a pink pinstripe, stitched monogram or subtle suit jacket lining, Suit the City will contribute 10% of sales to Against Breast Cancer.
Sallie Belton, Technical Director of Suit the City is very excited about the charitable link up: “This is a great cause which touches all our lives hence our Touch of Pink pledge to donate a proportion of each sale to Against Breast Cancer. We know our executive clients would welcome the chance to show their allegiance through subtle and stylish detailing which is what ultimately distinguishes Suit the City shirts, suits or separates.”
